What is the Overwatch 2 Random Hero Picker?
The Overwatch 2 Random Hero Picker is a free browser-based randomizer. Pick a random hero from the full roster, or narrow by role (Tank, Damage, Support). The built-in fair-pick algorithm biases rolls toward heroes you have not played recently so you cycle the entire roster before any repeats. Perfect for role-queue challenges, Mystery-Heroes-style warmups, and stack sessions where everyone wants variety.

Why Randomize Heroes in Overwatch?
Overwatch has 50-plus heroes but most players main three. A randomizer breaks the rut, gives less-played heroes the reps they need, and often surprises you with picks that fit a team comp better than your comfort main. Try pairing with a friend-stack: both roll, both play what they get, and compare the mirror of playstyles at the end of match. It is also a great way to run your own Mystery Heroes practice with role constraints Overwatch itself does not allow.
